• Reversal Model and Simulation of Online Rumor Propagation During Public Health Emergencies

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] During public health emergencies, due to folks' endogenous demand for health information and lack of scientific knowledge of health information, it stimulates the mass media to spread health information, and also provides opportunities for rumors to publish and spread online rumors. Ineffective scientific knowledge and false news will have a serious negative impact on social stability and disrupt social order during the outbreak of epidemics. Therefore, it is very important to build an effective reversal model of online rumor propagation to control the spread of online rumors and reduce its negative impact.[Method/process] The research adopted the theory of scientific knowledge level and the strategy of online rumors reputation, and constructed the SCNDR online rumor reversal model based on SIR model. The Anylogic software was adopted to simulate the SCNDR model, and the sensitivity analysis of the parameters of the model was carried out.[Result/conclusion] The SCNDR model proposed in this study effectively simulates the reversal process of online rumors during public health emergencies. The key factors affecting the reversal efficiency of online rumors are the penetration rate of users' scientific knowledge level, the public time of official information and the conversion efficiency of credulous users.

    Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon that the low luminance image is bright and the the color is not balanced, this paper had carried on the study of the color recovery operator of the low illumination image with improved pyramid fusion technology. The algorithm combined the original image and the pretreatment diagram with the defog model or MSRCR to fuse the color contrast, saturation and brightness into the pyramid algorithm with the gold tower technique, and assign different weight parameters according to the information of the image, which could effectively solve the traditional low-light image color enhancement problems. And it proposed a Fourier smoothing filter with weighted least squares in the CIELAB channel to smooth the image of the L channel, set the parameters of different tone mapping to enhance the image detail information, so that the information of the image in night vision is more Conspicuous and true. It selected three different types of images for experimentation, and improved the quality of graphics. It also shows that this algorithm has some universality.

    Abstract: Objective: The existing image defogging algorithm based on atmospheric scattering model, the defogging process are inevitable will have a halo effect and details are lost. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a fast defogging algorithm for eliminating halo effect and keep the detail information of the image. Method: The algorithm first uses four tree sub space division level the search method to get more accurate atmospheric light value, then consumption function through the analysis of atmospheric dispersion, using the improved gradient information fusion filter to get the accurate estimation of atmospheric lead consumption dispersion function, and adaptive image and get the minimum average value of atmospheric optical threshold, calculated the transmission map, finally no fog inversion recovery image, and the brightness of the restored image. Result: Experiments on fog images are carried out. The algorithm can effectively suppress the halo effect in fog removal. More details are preserved and the running time is reduced by about twice. Conclusion: Retain detail information transmission improved fusion gradient information guide filter not only can better eliminate the halo effect, effective, and has better robustness and time complexity. This algorithm is suitable for transportation and other outdoor scenes to defog.

  • 热带滨海红壤中碳钢Q235的宏观非均匀腐蚀研究

    Abstract:由于土壤成分的非均匀性,决定土壤中金属易发生非均匀腐蚀。本文利用阵列电极技术与腐蚀埋片相结合的方法,以碳钢Q235为研究材料,经自然热带临海红壤埋片,研究了碳钢Q235的宏观非均匀腐蚀行为。碳钢Q235材料在时间维度上和垂直地面的空间维度上皆发生非均匀腐蚀。时间维度上发生非均匀腐蚀的原因是降雨频率与降雨量对土壤湿度的影响,从而影响碳钢Q235材料腐蚀的环境;垂直地面的空间维度上发生非均匀腐蚀的原因是随土壤深度增加,土壤湿度变化、含氧量变化及土壤组成成分差异的影响。在0-90cm深度土壤范围内,随土壤深度的增加,碳钢Q235材料的腐蚀速率增加。垂向埋于热带滨海红壤中的长尺寸碳钢Q235材料在30cm-50cm、80cm和 140cm-150cm三个范围内,因电偶腐蚀影响,腐蚀速率较大。
