  • 两院育人的“协同”模式和优化路径探微

    Abstract:书院制的蓬勃发展为高等教育人才培养赋予了新的生命力,提供了新的可能性。近年来,在国家提倡“三全育人”,强调“五育并举”的大背景下,单一的书院或学院教育侧重已很难全面满足新时代对人才的需求,因此,必须加强两院协同育人以保证人才培养的质效。本文创造性地借助于韦恩图、平面二维直角坐标系以及集合映射等数学模型,从两院存在关系、两院育人效果、两院对应关系三方面来探讨构析两院之间的“协同”关系,结合实际工作问题,有针对性地给出了“优化两院议事机制”“健全两院沟通队伍”“理顺两院工作流程”“夯实两院工作举措”四方面的优化协同建议,对于新时期持续探索和做好两院协同育人工作具有一定的积极意义。

    Abstract:传统学术期刊往往不够重视选题策划的意义和作用,常规工作中只着重于学术论文的整理和发布,缺乏将学术期刊做精、做热、做专、做成品牌的意识。【目的】为在专业性基础上提升特色性,通过选题策划将学术期刊在同质化模式中达成脱颖而出的传播效应,并将相应经验与其他学术期刊进行交流、互相借鉴。【方法】以国家政策导向为指引,以所在学科领域内的热点议题为切入角度,结合新媒体传播手段的探索与应用,构思并实践学术期刊选题策划的意识与习惯的建立。【结果】近些年,《海洋环境科学》围绕国家海洋工作政策重点和学科热点进行选题策划,产出多个取得良好社会效益的专刊、专栏产品,并因此受益,行业关注度、美誉度和影响因子等各项统计指标均有所提升。【结论】学术期刊应加强抓住政策热点和学科热点的能力,在实践中磨练选题策划能力,并探索通过新媒体技术手段打破传统出版形式的限制,从而提升期刊的品牌价值和学科影响力。

  • Preparation and Properties of SiO2 Based Hexadecanol-Palmitic Acid-Lauric Acid Microencapsulated Phase Change and Humidity Controlling Materials with Fine Particle Size

    Abstract: Microcapsules of phase change- and humidity- controlling material were synthesized by sol- gel method with hexadecanol- palmitic acid- lauric acid as core, SiO2 as shell and silaneas coupling agent. Then their performance of humidity controlling and temperature controlling, particle size distribution, composition and structure, surface morphology and thermal properties were characterized by isothermal sorption method, cooling curve measurement, laser particle analyzer (LPSA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) respectively. The results show that the amount of deionizedwater, absolute alcohol, hexadecanolpalmitic acid- lauric acid and silane coupling agent had great effect on the properties of the prepared phase change- and humidity-controlling materials. The phase change- and humidity-controlling material of good performance as spherical particles with smooth surface, homogeneous size distribution in a range of 1680.60~1735.35 nm and excellent dispersibility may be synthesized by the following optimal processing parameters: the mole ratio of deionized water totetraethyl orthosilicateis 9, the mole ratio of absolute alcohol totetraethyl orthosilicate 5, the mole ratio of hexadecanol-palmitic acid-lauric acid to tetraethyl orthosilicate 0.5, and the mole ratio of silane coupling agent totetraethyl orthosilicate 0.1.

    Abstract: User perspective taking is a critical way in which entrepreneurs can identify opportunities and cope with market competition. However, existing studies have ignored its modes, formation mechanism and impact on opportunity belief performance. Considering these issues, first, by introducing structural alignment theory and the attentional engagement model, we identify and deconstruct the modes of user perspective taking from the two perspectives of "the main characteristics of the thinking process" and "the immersion degree of user perspective taking", and these four modes are absorptive, inductive, heuristic and analytical user perspective taking. Second, based on the dual perspective of the “individual-user”, we refine the influencing factors of user perspective taking, which include user-related prior knowledge, flexible role orientation, cognitive complexity, and the uncertainty and fragmentation of user needs. Then, we analyze the positive effects of these factors on the formation of user perspective taking. Third, taking the formation speed and innovativeness of opportunity beliefs as performance indicators, we explain the impact of the modes of user perspective taking on opportunity belief formation performance. This research finds that absorptive and inductive user perspective taking have positive effects on opportunity belief formation speed, while heuristic and analytical user perspective taking have negative effects on opportunity belief formation speed. Moreover, inductive and analytical user perspective taking have positive effects on opportunity belief innovativeness, while absorption and heuristic user perspective taking have negative effects on opportunity belief innovativeness. Finally, we examine the moderating effects of cognitive management strategies involving adaptation to new information environments and the invocation of the entrepreneur’s own knowledge structure on the modes of user perspective taking and opportunity belief formation performance. This research finds that a cognitive management strategy that adapts to a new information environment strengthens the positive effects of absorptive and inductive user perspective taking on opportunity belief formation speed and weakens the negative effects of heuristic and analytical user perspective taking on opportunity belief formation speed. Moreover, a cognitive management strategy that adapts to a new information environment strengthens the positive effects of inductive and analytical user perspective taking on opportunity belief innovativeness, while the moderating effect of this type of strategy on the relationship between absorptive and heuristic user perspective taking and opportunity belief innovativeness is not significant. A cognitive management strategy that invokes the entrepreneur’s own knowledge structure weakens the negative effects of absorptive and heuristic user perspective taking on opportunity belief innovativeness and strengthens the positive effects of inductive and analytical user perspective taking on opportunity belief innovativeness, while the moderating effect of this type of strategy on the relationship between absorptive, heuristic, inductive and analytical user perspective taking and opportunity belief formation speed is not significant. This study enriches the understanding of user perspective taking and deeply explores the formation mechanism of user perspective taking and its impact on opportunity beliefs. The theoretical advancement of this research mainly relates to the following aspects. First, the identification and deconstruction of user perspective taking modes have certain reference significance for promoting the operational development of this vague concept. Second, the clarification of the influencing factors of user perspective taking lays a foundation for subsequent research on the antecedents of user perspective taking. Third, this study clarifies the impact of the modes of user perspective taking on opportunity belief formation performance and introduces two different cognitive management strategies that have certain enlightening significance regarding the cognitive process and the boundary conditions of user perspective taking. Moreover, it promotes the development of research related to user perspective taking and opportunity belief. Regarding the practical significance of this research, entrepreneurs can employ user perspective taking to form opportunity beliefs and identify opportunities. On the one hand, entrepreneurs should be good at distinguishing between the characteristics of different user perspective-taking modes and adopt appropriate user perspective-taking modes according to different conditions. On the other hand, entrepreneurs should actively control the user perspective-taking process and make rational use of two different cognitive management strategies to eliminate the negative impact of "cognitive imbalance".

  • Preparation of Hexadecanol-Palmitic Acid-Lauric Acid/SiO2 Composite as Phase Change Material for Humidity Control

    Abstract: A hexadecanol-palmitic acid-lauric acid/SiO2 composite as phase change material for humidity control was prepared with SiO2 as carrier and hexadecanol- palmitic acid- lauric acid as phase change material. The performance, molecular structure and morphology of the prepared composite were characterized by using methods of isothermal sorption, cooling curve, FT-IR, SEM, LPSA, TG, DSC and so on. The results show that SiO2 was good coated with hexadecanol-palmitic acid-lauric acid; the prepared phase change material exhibits good performance both in temperature- and humidity-control.

  • Study of Influential Factors in Double-shell Phase Change Micro-nano Capsules Preparation

    Abstract: Double-shell phase change nano-capsules were prepared by the emulsion interfacial polymerization method with phase change materials as core, polystyrene as inner shell, hydrophilic chitosan as outer shell, with a 1:1 ratio of core to shell, sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier, hexadecane as co-emulsifier and azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator. The prepared capsules were characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser particle size analyzer (LPSA) etc. The results show that the morphology of the double-shell phase change nano-capsules was greatly influenced by the kind of cores, the amount of emulsifier, co-emulsifier and initiator, and also related to phacoemulsification time and mixing speed.

  • Preparation and Texture of Phase Change Materials of Fatty Acid/SiO2 Composite

    Abstract: The phase change materials of fatty acid/SiO2 composite were prepared by sol-gel method with SiO2 as carrier material, fatty acid as phase change material, absolute alcohol and deionized water as solvent, Which then were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser particle size analyzer (LPSA), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) etc. The effect of the type of cores, the amount of phase change material and absolute alcohol and deionized water as well as the solution pH value and ultrasonic wave power on the texture of the prepared composites were investigated systematically. The results show that the texture of the phase change materials of fatty acid/SiO2 composite was greatly influenced by the type of cores, the amount of phase change material and absolute alcohol and deionized water, and also related to solution pH value and ultrasonic wave power. The optimal processing parameters for preparation a good composite are: decanoic acid-palmitic acid acts as core, the mole ratio of decanoic acid-palmitic acid to tetraethyl orthosilicate is 0.4, the mole ratio of absolute alcohol to tetraethyl orthosilicate is 5, the mole ratio of deionized water to tetraethyl orthosilicate is 9, solution pH value is 4 and ultrasonic wave power is 200 W.

  • Three-Dimensional Virtual Orchard Construction Method Based on Laser Point Cloud

    Abstract: To solve the problems of low level of digitalization of orchard management and relatively single construction method, a three-dimensional virtual orchard construction method based on laser point cloud was proposed in this research. First, the hand-held 3D point cloud acquistion equipment (3D-BOX) combined with the lidar odometry and mapping (SLAM-LOAM) algorithm was used to complete the acquisition of the point cloud data set of orchard; then the outliers and noise points of the point cloud data were removed by using the statistical filtering algorithm, which was based on the K-neighbor distance statistical method. To achieve this, a distance threshold model for removing noise points was established. When a discrete point exceeded, it would be marked as an outlier, and the point was separated from the point cloud dataset to achieve the effect of discrete point filtering. The VoxelGrid filter was used for down sampling, the cloth simulation filtering (CSF) cloth simulation algorithm was used to calculate the distance between the cloth grid points and the corresponding laser point cloud, and the distinction between ground points and non-ground points was achieved by dividing the distance threshold, and when combined with the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) clustering algorithm, ground removal and cluster segmentation of orchard were realized; finally, the Unity3D engine was used to build a virtual orchard roaming scene, and convert the real-time GPS data of the operating equipment from the WGS-84 coordinate system to the Gauss projection plane coordinate system through Gaussian projection forward calculation. The real-time trajectory of the equipment was displayed through the LineRenderer, which realized the visual display of the motion trajectory control and operation trajectory of the working machine. In order to verify the effectiveness of the virtual orchard construction method, the test of orchard construction method was carried out in the Begonia fruit and the mango orchard. The results showed that the proposed point cloud data processing method could achieve the accuracy of cluster segmentation of Begonia fruit trees and mango trees 95.3% and 98.2%, respectively. Compared with the row spacing and plant spacing of fruit trees in the actual mango orchard, the average inter-row error of the virtual mango orchard was about 3.5%, and the average inter-plant error was about 6.6%. And compared the virtual orchard constructed by Unity3D with the actual orchard, the proposed method can effectively reproduce the actual three-dimensional situation of the orchard, and obtain a better visualization effect, which provides a technical solution for the digital modeling and management of the orchard.

    Abstract: User perspective taking is a critical way in which entrepreneurs can identify opportunities and cope with market competition. However, existing studies have ignored its modes, formation mechanism and impact on opportunity belief performance. Considering these issues, we deconstruct the modes of user perspective taking based on structural alignment theory and the attentional engagement model, and these modes include absorptive, inductive, heuristic and analytical user perspective taking. Then, from the dual perspective of the “individual-user”, we explore the positive effects of user-related prior knowledge, flexible role orientation, cognitive complexity, and the uncertainty and fragmentation of user needs on the formation of user perspective taking. Finally, taking the formation speed and innovativeness of opportunity beliefs as performance indicators, we explain the impact of the modes of user perspective taking on opportunity belief formation performance and examine the moderating effects of cognitive management strategies involving adaptation to new information environments and the invocation of the entrepreneur’s own knowledge structure on the modes of user perspective taking and opportunity belief formation performance. This study enriches the connotation of user perspective taking, extends the explanatory scope of structural alignment theory and the attentional engagement model, and provides a reference that can guide entrepreneurs to better identify opportunities by employing user perspective taking. It is of great significance for entrepreneurs to think about and understand users.

  • 空间VLBI数据记录格式RDF解析与数据解码

    Abstract: 空间VLBI由于基线更长,在相同观测频率下,可获得比地基VLBI更高的分辨率。我国正在推进空间VLBI科学与技术研究。俄罗斯RadioAstron空间VLBI项目于2018年结束,其成功经验可资借鉴。该项目采用不同于常规地面VLBI的专用数据格式RDF(RadioAstron Data Format)记录观测数据,利用配备的星载或地面上行氢原子频标提供频率基准,数据经采集量化后传输至地面站,打上时标并记录于硬盘。为处理RadioAstron数据,本文分析了RDF格式,完成了RDF数据解码及VLBI相关处理,然后对比分析了Mark5B、VDIF等地面VLBI通用数据格式和RDF格式的特点。这些工作将为我国未来空间VLBI数据格式设计与处理积累经验。

  • HFO-1234ze(Z)热解机理的DFT研究

    Abstract:通过密度泛函理论(DFT)对1,1,1,3一四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze(Z),CF3CH}HF)的热解反应路径进行研究,对可能得热解产物(CF3H, CF4, HF)进行了分析。结果表明:在均裂反应中,CF:自由基最易生成,其活化能为210.25 kJ mol-1。相比之下,由于较高的活化能,F自由基最难产生。在随后的链式反应中,生成CF3H所需的活化能最低为64.23 kJ mol-1。而生成CF4和HF所需的活化能较高。本文从分子尺度研究了HFO-1234ze的热解机理并为研究有机工质的热稳定性提供了参考。

  • 杜湖杂交F1代母羊妊娠期能量和蛋白质维持需要量

    Abstract:本研究旨在确定杜泊羊×湖羊(杜湖)杂交F1代母羊妊娠期能量和蛋白质维持需要量,为该杂交组合肉羊饲粮配制提供较为合理的能量和蛋白质需要标准。分为饲养试验、消化代谢试验和呼吸测热试验。选取15只月龄(9月龄)、体重[(43.34±1.37) kg]相近的母羊,经同期发情、自由交配后随机分为自由采食组、70%自由采食量、50%自由采食量组,每组5只母羊。在妊娠期40、100、130 d分别采用全收粪法收集粪尿,同时进行呼吸测热试验,计算得到母羊在不同妊娠时期氮、能量的表观代谢参数,依据消化代谢试验和呼吸测热试验结果分别利用沉积氮和食入氮、产热量的对数和代谢能采食量建立异速回归方程,最终得到该杂交组合在妊娠期40、100、130 d时维持净氮、维持净能、维持代谢能需要量。结果表明:1)氮表观消化率在妊娠40、100、130 d时分别为56.16%~62.24%、60.43%~65.47%、58.79%~62.01%。2)总能表观消化率在妊娠40、100、130 d分别为51.18%~64.25%、60.86%~66.17%、63.20%~67.36%。3)在母羊妊娠40、100、130 d维持净氮分别为287.9、301.3、430.7 mg/(kg W0.75•d);维持净能分别为194.01、244.59、256.08 kJ/(kg W0.75·d);维持代谢能分别为283.18、412.26、468.56 kJ/(kg W0.75•d)。本研究最终得到了杜湖杂交F1代母羊妊娠期能量、蛋白质需要量指标,包括维持净能、维持代谢能、维持净氮。

  • 数据管理:实现高效片上众核处理器的关键

    Abstract:随着高性能计算需求的日益增加,片上众核(many-core)成为未来处理器结构的发展方向。目前,大多数众核处理器原型均采用分块的拓扑结构,通过片上网络相连。在面向通信密集型的应用时,片上网络的吞吐量(throughput)或者延迟(latency)通常成为制约系统性能的瓶颈。我们通过对片上数据存储和通信管理提供系统结构的支持,在众核处理器上实现了高效的片上数据通信。本文的主要贡献包括:(1)实现基于分块的众核处理器结构,支持程序可控的片上数据存储管理和数据传输管理;(2)提出异步数据块传输机制是一种容忍二维Mesh 片上网络延迟的有效方法。最后,我们在众核处理器上对快速傅立叶变换(FFT)进行了评估,在获得43.9Gflops 计算性能的同时,计算效率达到22.9%。

  • 广西主要森林土壤有机碳空间分布及其影响因素

    Abstract: Aims Our objectives were to study the distribution of soil organic carbon (SOC) density and its influencing factors in main forest ecosystems in Guangxi province. Methods A total of 345 sample plots were established in Guangxi main forest, and the size of each plot was 50 m �20 m. Based on the forest resources inventory data and field investigation, the SOC storage of Guangxi main forest were estimated. The spatial pattern of SOC density was analyzed by the method of geostatistics, and the main influencing factors on SOC density were also explored by principal component analysis and stepwise regression. Important findings The total SOC storage in Guangxi forest was 1686.88 Tg, and the SOC density reached 124.70 Mg/hm2, which is lower than that of China. The best fitted semivariogram model of SOC density was exponential model in Guangxi forest, and had medium spatial autocorrelation. The Kriging contour map indicated that the high value region existed in northeast of Guangxi, and the low value region existed in northwest Guangxi., which manifested as high value in non-karst region and low value in karst region. The SOC density showed difference in five vegetation types and four soil types, following the sequence of bamboo forest > deciduous broadleaf forest > warm coniferous forest > mixed evergreen and deciduous broadleaf forest > evergreen broadleaf forest, and yellow soil > red soil > lateritic red soil > limestone soil. The environment factors including soil depth, longitude, latitude, altitude were the dominant affecting factors of SOC density in Guangxi forest. And the soil depth was the most influential factor, which was attributed to karst landscape.
